Audiologists & Hearing Instrument Practitioners are the core of our business. The expert selecting, fitting and dispensing of hearing aids and other assistive listening devices for our clients has built our reputation into one of the highest integrity. We are currently looking for ambitious, motivated, patient driven Audiologists and Hearing Instrument Practitioners to partner with the NexGen Hearing team in BC in Vancouver and Salt Spring Island.

Customer Care Representatives are the forefront of the business and the first line of contact for our customers. They are responsible for providing exceptional, quality customer care while running the day to day operations of the clinic. Duties include general office administration, scheduling, billing, client service, sales and minor cleaning and repairs of hearing aids. We currently have the following positions available:
- We have an exciting opportunity at our new clinic in Sidney for a full-time CCR. Candidates with hearing clinic experience are preferred.
Audiometric Technicians work with the clinic consultant assisting with hearing instrument orientations. Also promoting hearing loss awareness in the community by performing community screenings and organising promotional events. The Audiometric Technician works with families, professionals, agencies and community members in addressing the hearing related needs of the community.
Industrial Audiometric Technicians provide onsite industrial hearing tests for noise-exposed industry workers. Responsibilities include conducting industrial hearing tests in compliance with WCB and company procedures, driving a hearing testing truck and completion of detailed paperwork. Valid Class 5 Driver's License essential. Must be willing to work some early mornings and late days. No experience is required and training is provided. Current WCB IAT certification considered an asset.
We are not currently recruiting for our Appointment Centre.
