Our Burnaby clinic is located at Crystal Mall, on the corner of Kingsway and Willingdon Avenue. It is conveniently accessible from any direction. Crystal Mall has over 200 retail stores and more importantly, has ample parking space thanks to its 4-storey underground parking. Besides NexGen Hearing, many other health care professionals, such as family physicians, dentists, pharmacists, and optometrists have offices in the mall. Also, it is the biggest Chinese-Asian shopping center in Burnaby. We have been serving clients of different ethnic groups for many years. Non-English-speaking clients can feel very comfortable to know that Raymond Belmonte, our consultant, can assist them in Filipino and Jacqueline Su, our Customer Service Representative, is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay. Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner
Raymond Belmonte is a Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner of the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of British Columbia. He had his certifications as a Hearing Instrument Specialist from the International Hearing Society in Michigan USA and as an Industrial Audiometric Technician from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
Raymond has a wealth of experience in hearing health care. He graduated from the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila and is a Philippine Board Certified Ear Nose Throat Surgeon who has over 15 years of experience practicing his specialty in the Philippines. In addition, he had his subspecialty training in otology at the Carolina Ear and Neuroscience Institute, Raleigh, North Carolina, USA and was the head of the Hearing and Dizziness Center of the University of Santo Tomas Hospital from 2012 to 2014. He was an officer of the Philippine Society of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery from 2011 until 2014 in which year he served as the society’s Vice President.
Aside from his professional career, Raymond is also a medical missionary with the Carolina Medical Missions Incorporated, a group of Filipino-American doctors and health care providers since 1994. The group renders free medical and surgical services to depressed areas in third world countries.
He is passionate about hearing healthcare education and delivering quality patient/client care through NexGen Hearing.
Customer Care Representative
Jacqueline is a Customer Care Representative at Burnaby. Her greatest accomplishment so far was paying herself through university and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology. After graduation, she decided to fulfill her high school dream and went on year-long vacation to travel around Asia.
Besides traveling, she enjoys cooking, shopping and reading, especially something paranormal.
