We offer a variety of positions, from front line service staff to Hearing Instrument Practitioners and Audiologists.
Customer Care Representatives are responsible for providing the highest of quality customer care in an efficient, timely manner while running the day to day operations of the clinic. Duties include, but are not limited to, general office administration, scheduling, billing, client service, sales, and minor cleaning and repairs of hearing aids (training provided). There are several levels within the CCR role, each varying in degree of responsibility and supervisory skills needed. Grade 12 or higher is required and experience in working with the elderly or hard of hearing is an asset.
Full-time CCR positions available at our new clinic opening in January in Nanaimo North and also in Parksville for experienced CCRs.
Audiologists & Hearing Instrument Practitioners are the core of our business. The expert selecting, fitting and dispensing of hearing aids and other assistive listening devices for our clients has built our reputation into one of the highest integrity. We offer an opportunity to partner with NexGen and Mainland Hearing in providing this superior service and consistent quality to our customers.
Full-time positions at our clinics in Victoria, Coquitlam and a 1-year maternity leave coverage position in Parksville for licensed Hearing Instrument Practitioners or Audiologists.
Audiometric Technicians provide administrative support and assistance with performing hearing tests, acquiring impressions, and familiarizing our clients with hearing aid components and the proper care and maintenance of them. Also required is the promotion of the company at clinic and community levels via local area marketing (LAM).
An experienced full time Aud. Tech is required at our North Vancouver clinic. We also have an Aud. Tech position available at our clinic in West Vancouver.
Industrial Audiometric Technicians provide onsite industrial hearing tests for noise-exposed industry workers. Responsibilities include conducting industrial hearing tests in compliance with WCB and company procedures, driving a hearing testing truck and completion of detailed paperwork. No experience is required and training is provided.
