Customer Care Representative

Part time: Surrey, BC

Medical Office experience? Prefer not to work full-time? We have the position just for you!

We are currently seeking a customer service-oriented and caring individual for a front desk coverage position for our Vancouver/Surrey area clinics. It is casual on call position.

Travel between clinics is required so your own vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and answer product inquiries

  • Collect and record patient information;

  • Maintain an organized schedule

  • Assemble and maintain patient files;

  • Compile reports and effectively use data entry system;

  • General office administration.

Requirements

  • Well-organized, efficient, and able to effectively multi-task;

  • Proficient on the computer;

  • Previous hearing or healthcare clinic experience.
