Customer Experience Agent

Audiometric Technician experience? Hearing Clinic Experience? We have the ideal position for you! Join our Customer Experience Team in Surrey!


  • Promote NexGen Hearing by delivering a great customer contact experience through a variety of customer contact channels including telephone, email, web/live chat, community involvement, etc. by developing beneficial relationships.

  • Ensure that customers, through their contact with the Customer Experience Team, receive a friendly, professional and consistently high-quality service helping to resolve various queries, close any sales inquiries, identify up sell, cross sell and get it right first time.

  • Promote NexGen Hearing at a clinic and community level while performing standard and specialized audiometric pure tone tests at both a community and professional level.


  • Strong work ethic;

  • Be detailed and accurate;

  • Highly motivated and target driven;

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle;

  • Must be capable of carrying out the physical demands of the position

  • 3 plus years of office experience and/or demonstrated or assessed ability.

  • Excellent bookkeeping, customer service, telephone and sales skills

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and SharePoint

  • Must have own vehicle and Class 5 license.

  • Excellent communication, engagement and development of people skills.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to use specialized test equipment

  • Background in hearing healthcare preferably studying towards dispenser qualification.
