As a partner within the NexGen Hearing family, you will enjoy a ‘culture of care’ on many levels. People committed to each other’s success. A 50/50 partnership doesn’t allow either of the partners control of the business. Instead it is a partnership based on collaboration and cooperation. This unique business model has proven successful as it has produced unprecedented growth, seeing the company grow from one clinic in 2012 to over 50 clinics, in just over 5 years. The clinician co-owners participate in the overall direction and management of the clinics they own, while receiving training on all aspects of running their business successfully. As an integral part of the annual business planning and budgeting process, owners work closely with their regional managers, accounting, HR team, and dynamic marketing committee. The marketing committee includes three members elected by the owners, one from each of the three regions in British Columbia. They are tasked with working with our Marketing agency to strategize and implement the annual marketing plan for the NexGen Hearing brand.

NexGen Hearing truly is the next generation of hearing care on many levels. In fact, it is our mission to deliver, with passion, an exceptional client experience that meets their hearing and communications needs. We strive to always deliver superior products, services, and value – with care and integrity!

One of the unique aspects of the NexGen Hearing model is our offer to bring our customers a wide array of hearing instruments’ styles from a variety of manufacturers. This includes an implantable bone anchored hearing aid, and Lyric™ peri-tympanic deep canal insertion hearing aid. In addition, the company has established strong relationships with the medical profession; particularly the specialty of otolaryngology. Our physician liaison personnel routinely meet with family physicians and specialists promoting early identification and treatment of hearing loss. Over the years we have also forged strong relationships with the major hearing aid manufacturers. These relationships assure us of quality products delivered in a timely manner, highly competitive pricing, marketing support, extended warranties, and better than average repair turn-around.

Our future growth has been planned each step of the way and well managed by executives with a track record of proven performance.
