Stephanie, a graduate from the University of Western Ontario with a Masters Degree in Clinical Science (Audiology) moved to the lovely Okanagan region in 2010. After servicing the Penticton area for Connect Hearing from 2010-2013, Stephanie accepted a position as Clinical Manager for the NexGen Hearing Kelowna clinic in 2013, and in April, 2014 became clinic owner of the NexGen Hearing locations in Penticton and Summerland.

After graduating from the University of Northern British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Minor in Political Science, she knew she wanted to use her education to pursue a career in the healthcare field. Sara first worked alongside Audiologist Stephanie Sykes, as a Customer Care Representative in 2011, and was excited when the opportunity presented itself to join the NexGen Hearing team in 2013.
