Lindsey Ryan-Warden

Audiologist

From London, England, Lindsey entered into the field of Audiology in 2006 with a four-year Bachelor of Science degree in Audiology. She later went on to complete a Masters degree in Advanced Audiology at the prestigious University College London, where she was recognized for academic excellence on the Dean’s List for Brain Sciences. Lindsey is certified by Speech-Language and Audiology Canada (SAC) and the International Hearing Society (IHS) and is registered with the College of Speech Hearing and Health Professionals of BC (CSHHPBC).

Full Bio

Lindsey has gained over 9 years of clinical experience working in the National Health Service in England, providing hearing assessments, hearing aid fitting and counselling services, wax removal services and follow up care to a diverse clinical population. Lindsey has also worked with Neurologists and ENT specialists in the assessment of patients with dizziness and has experience in the management of tinnitus and pediatric populations. With an appreciation for education and training, she has used this experience to mentor audiology students alongside her clinical work.

From a family that has been affected first hand by hearing loss, Lindsey is passionate about helping people hear better and re-connect with the world around them. Lindsey understands the social and emotional impact that hearing loss may have on an individual and their loved ones and will always work with patience and care to help you find a solution that fits your lifestyle, preferences and hearing needs.

When not at work, Lindsey enjoys hiking in the great outdoors in her new home of British Columbia, travelling and meeting new people.

Claire Moody

Customer Care Representative

Claire has over fourteen years of customer service in both the hospitality and health care industries and loves the wide diversity of people these roles serve. Prior to joining NexGen Hearing, Claire obtained her Medical Office Assistant Diploma and worked for several years as a training coordinator and office manager in the physiotherapy field.

Claire has thoroughly enjoyed the transition to her new role as Customer Care Representative for NexGen Hearing, and is excited to learn and further develop her office skills in a new and dynamic field. Claire is happy to provide support for both patients and health care providers as well as to be part of an industry that engages not only your mind but you heart. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, horseback riding, exploring BC’s beautiful trails and of course saving a little time for shopping. She looks forward to meeting you to assess your hearing needs.
